CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER

Job Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Chief Business Officer (CBO) to lead and drive the overall business strategy for our company. This includes overseeing sales, marketing, and revenue growth efforts while working closely with other executives and departments to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the business. The CBO will be responsible for managing the P&L and end-to-end business operations, with direct reporting to the company president.

Position

Co-create and own all business plans and strategies to develop the business and achieve the company’s long-term objectives.
Lead the P&L for both existing and new business operations, driving significant growth.
Continuously monitor and analyze the competitive landscape and market trends to inform decision-making.
Oversee and guide international sales operations to ensure alignment with global objectives.
Collaborate with Sales, Business Operations, Product, and Support teams to drive the company’s strategic objectives.
Focus on increasing revenue, meeting sales targets, and propelling growth through innovative product offerings.
Align cross-functional stakeholders to ensure the smooth implementation of new products and use cases.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS:

15+ years of experience in business development, sales, and operations management, specifically within the telecom industry, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
10+ years of experience scaling businesses, launching new products, and leading digital transformation initiatives.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams of 20 or more individuals.
Deep understanding of GSM LDI & International Telecommunications business.
A combination of Engineering and Business Education is required.
International experience, particularly in the UAE, is a plus.
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
