The Account Manager-MSG Business shall be responsible to sustain long-term business partnerships with the most important clients of the company. The incumbent shall assist the Senior manager while working on rates and is expected to manage all business activities while proactively offering support for anticipated needs.


  • Converting leads into a profitable business
  • Signing agreement for onboarding Key Accounts
  • Guide Network Operations Center for interconnection
  • Forecasting and analysis of business deals with key accounts
  • Issue customer rates and update key accounts’ offered rates on the system
  • Cost improvement to maximize the company’s margins
  • Meeting company goals by building a post-sales relationship with Key Accounts
  • Coordinate with finance and billing teams for credit limits and monitoring of account balance
  • Daily monitoring of Key Accounts performance and preparing reports to balance inbound and outbound traffic
  • Coordination with network operations center for resolving technical issues, provisioning and routing of traffic
  • Making business post-sales proposals, coordinating win-win deals with counterparts by agreeing on revenue and destination pricing
  • Support clients in achieving their targets with guidance from Senior Management while ensuring smooth coordination with the support department.


  • Masters/Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Must have 4+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Bilingual (Spanish/Russian) would be a plus
  • Must have a good command of MS Office
  • Must have business acumen
  • Ability to read between the lines
  • Should have excellent interpersonal and business negotiation skills
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to gauge audience attention with logical reasoning ability and support senior management in C-Level negotiations
  • Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and comfortable working independently
  • Must be committed to providing outstanding customer service and demonstrate strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail is a must


  1. Revenue Target per Key Account (% Actual/Forecast)
  2. Daily monitoring reports of Key Accounts (error-free and on-time submission)
  3. Daily activities reporting to the line manager (on the company’s official correspondence tool
